A Music & Wellness Short Course For Teens

This workshop, led by the talented Farah Elle, is designed to help teens explore the intersection of music and wellness. Participants will learn how to maintain vocal health, practice effective breathing techniques, and engage in CAPACITAR Trauma Healing Methods. Additionally, they'll be introduced to Logosynthesis, a therapeutic approach that uses the power of words for emotional healing.

 

Benefits for Teens:

Emotional Well-being: As well as making new like-minded friends, teens will discover joyful and peaceful ways to express themselves through music.

Stress Relief: The workshop provides a safe space for teens to release tension and stress through movement and sound.

Self-Expression: Teens will have the opportunity to explore their emotions and articulate them creatively, boosting their confidence and self-awareness.

Participants will engage in fun and interactive activities that promote emotional expression through sound and improvisation. By the end of the workshop, teens will feel lighter, more relaxed, and better equipped to handle daily challenges.

Special Highlights:

The workshop will culminate in a final performance at Tradfest within Fingal.

About Farah Elle: Farah Elle's journey with music began in her childhood, serving as a sanctuary to process life's experiences. Her unique Libyan heritage and her growth into a fearless young woman are beautifully reflected in her debut album, FATIMA, released in October 2022.
